 SHIPPING TIME: We ship online orders processed through our east coast call center from 9am-5pm EST, Monday through Thursday and Friday until 3pm EST. Orders are distributed through our both east and west coast shipping facilities. Most orders will arrive in 2-5 business days.
We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time. We use both UPS and FEDEX ground insured services for all shipments.
 TRACKING: Both invoices and tracking numbers are emailed to customers when items leave our facility. For immediate updates on estimated arrivals or pending tracking numbers, click the live support logo to your right. If after 5pm EST, you will be prompted to leave a message.
