RETURNING A PART: All new items may be returned if reported to us within 5 business days of receipt for refund. All new returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the cost of order. Freight charges are non-refundable and return freight is at the expense of the purchaser. Items claimed for return after 5 days but within 30 days of receipt are valid for exchange at 20% restocking or store credit. No items claimed for return over 1 month from receipt are valid for return., unless exchanged through our defective exchange policy.
NOTE: We suggest that you inspect your part immediately. If you claim a non-fit item or ask to return an item after our normal return guideline of 5 business days after receipt we cannot guarantee that we can accept the item back and if we can do so, extra processing fees may be applicable.
INCORRECT PARTS: If you receive the wrong part, report it within 5 business days to support@racewayparts.com. If we have shipped the wrong part, we will have a prepaid return and exchange process available. If you have mistakenly ordered an item, you may exchange the item based on the guidelines explained in the "returning a part" information above.
REFUNDS: As stated above, new items may be returned for refund if reported within 5 business days of receipt, e-mail for a return authorization number and directions for return. Items requested for return within 30 days of receipt are valid for exchange. Items returned or requested for return after 30 days from purchase are not valid for refund, no exceptions. Damaged items, are to be reported immediately to the shipping company that handled the package and requested to be returned to the shipper. Items that are not returned are not valid for refund under any circumstances. Used items that are returned, are not valid for refund under any circumstances.
WARRANTY: Our Radiators are warranted for a period of one year from date of installation. Radiators are guaranteed to be free of faults in materials, construction, and workmanship, and to perform satisfactorily provided that the radiator is correctly mounted for the right application. The engine block and general cooling system must be free from rust, sludge and foreign matter and the radiator shroud must be properly positioned and in working order to make this warranty effective. Any radiator claimed defective must be returned to our nearest distribution center, transportation prepaid. We will not be responsible for radiators damaged through carelessness or abuse. If inspection proves the radiator to be defective, a replacement will be provided. Any attempts at local repairs automatically cancels this limited warranty. We also will not be responsible for any labor costs incurred by anyone who purchases an item from us for any reason.
